Raising children creates a real boots-on-the-ground setting for contemplative spiritual life. Being a single woman, or a married woman without children, or a grandma also means having a mother’s heart—the act of having mercy is an act of giving birth in the spirit. 

Come and celebrate being a life-giver as we consider how Jesus’ call, “Come to Me” makes our homes a domestic monastery.

Confessions: 9:30 to 10:30

Tea and treats and fellowship: 9:30 to 10:30 (During confessions)

Talk by Sr. Marie Therese Langer: 10:30 – 11:15

Exposition of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Time to pray in silence with the Word of God:11:30 to 12:30

All women are welcome. Please register so we know how to ask to hear confessions and how much tea to steep and treats to bake . You can also come for whichever part of the morning you are able to make. If you are a last-minute-on-the-day participant, you are still most welcome!
