Would you like to be a Festival Sponsor? Or do you know a business owner who would like to be a sponsor? There are many options to pick from. From having your business name mentioned in the bulletin, having your business name on the main banner, sponsoring a game booth, the concession stand, or being an overall festival sponsor with your name on our t-shirt! Forms will be available in the church vestibule, the parish offices, or email Patty ([email protected]) with questions! -
Festival Committee
Are you interested in helping with festival planning or playing a bigger role? We would love to have you
lead or help with one of our festival committees! There are small, medium and large jobs. We can have
multiple people lead or take on one committee or job. Some committees or jobs require work before the
festival, some only during the festival, while others require both. Here are some areas we need help (18
years or older):- 2-3 game managers
- 2 ride/kid area managers
- 2-3 kid crew managers
- 3-5 Big raffle committee members
- 2 Bingo managers
- 3 grounds crew – (3 NEEDED each night of the festival – this group is already led by 2 grounds managers)
Kids Crew
This year, we'r
e in need of a kids crew each day of the festival! The kids crew comes early to help set up, helps with various jobs throughout the festival, and assists with clean up at the end of the night. There will be shift options to work 4:30-8:30 or 6:30-10:30, those students 6th grade or older can volunteer for the kids crew. This is a volunteer position, however, there are various incentives, such as chances to win gift cards and prizes! There are some rules/guidelines, and there will be an information sheet out soon. Regina Coeli Parish Raffle
Each year, we have a big raffle with 7 chances to win! We ask that each parishioner sell or purchase at least one book of tickets. Return all ticket stubs with money to the parish offices or place it in the collection basket. Tickets will also be sold at the Festival. -
Raffle Baskets
Our very popular basket raffle booth is made possible by our generous parishioners! Each year, we need donations of:
- Completed raffle baskets
- Gift cards so we can assemble gift card baskets
- Lottery tickets of any denomination for a lottery tree

Festival Donations Needed each yearPepsi Cubes
- We are in need of cases of mostly Pepsi and Coca-Cola, but can also take Sprite, Dr. Pepper and
other popular brands. They can be dropped off at the Assumption or St. John Neumann office.
Grocery Items
Our grocery booth game is also an all profit booth thanks to you! We are in need of any items you can purchase in a grocery store such as:- Canned and boxed goods such as cake mix and icing, pasta and sauce
- Personal care items (Shampoo, soap, lotion)
- Paper towels, dish soap
- Cleaning supplies
- Candy, cookies & chips!
Old/Used Glasses, Mugs, Shot Glasses
We are looking for donations of any type of glass, mugs, cups, shot glasses, wine glasses, etc for our Dime Pitch game.
Small, NEW kids toys/items
- No more than 10 cents to $1 each to use as prizes in Kids Kingdom
- Small play-doh, Tiny Plush, Dollar tree or Oriental trade type items, etc.

Bake Sale BoothAnything – cake, pie, cookies, brownies, Rice Krispie treats, etc. Baked goods can b
