Volunteers

THANK YOU to all of our 2025 Festival Volunteers! As a small token of appreciation, the Festival Committee invites anyone who volunteered – who helped with set-up, worked during the four days of the Festival, or helped to tear down – to a dinner in McGovern Hall on Thursday, September 25 at 6:30 PM. Please RSVP by September 15 using the  button below.
Volunteer Dinner RSVP 

Are you interested in helping with festival planning or playing a bigger role? We would love to have you
lead or help with one of our festival committees! There are small, medium and large jobs. We can have
multiple people lead or take on one committee or job. Some committees or jobs require work before the
festival, some only during the festival, while others require both. Here are some areas we need help (18
years or older):

• 2-3 game managers
• 2 ride/kid area managers
• 2-3 kid crew managers
• 3-5 Big raffle committee members
• 2 Bingo managers
• 3 grounds crew – (3 NEEDED each night of the festival – this group is already led by 2 grounds managers)

Our Big Raffle tickets will be available soon! Look for them in the church vestibule. You have 7 chances to win! We are asking each parishioner to sell or purchase at least one book of tickets. Return all ticket stubs with money to the parish offices or place it in the collection basket. Tickets will also be sold at the Festival.

Our very popular basket raffle booth needs your help! We had over 50 baskets last year, which helped to make this all profit booth very successful! We need your donations of:

• Completed raffle baskets
• Gift cards so we can assemble gift card baskets
• Lottery tickets of any denomination for a lottery tree

Festival Donations Needed

Pepsi Cubes

• We are in need of cases of mostly Pepsi and Coca-Cola, but can also take Sprite, Dr. Pepper and
  other popular brands. They can be dropped off at the Assumption or St. John Neumann office.

Grocery Items

• Canned and boxed goods such as cake mix and icing, pasta and sauce
• Personal care items (Shampoo, soap, lotion)
• Paper towels, dish soap
• Cleaning supplies
• Candy, cookies & chips!

Old/Used Glasses, Mugs, Shot Glasses

• We are looking for donations of any type of glass, mugs, cups, shot glasses, wine glasses, etc for our Dime Pitch game.

Small, NEW kids toys/items

• No more than 10 cents to $1 each to use as prizes in Kids Kingdom
• Small play-doh, Tiny Plush, Dollar tree or Oriental trade type items, etc.
