- Parish members or non-parishioners who are looking for a record of a sacrament that you or your children received prior to July 1, 2022 at one of our predecessor parishes of the Church of the Assumption, Sacred Heart Church or St. John Neumann Church may request sacrament records by contacting the Diocesan Archives Office:
